Most of our appointments are available during school hours, with limited after-school spaces on Tuesdays and Wednesdays after 3 pm. We encourage you to ensure our hours align with your availability so you can attend with the frequency needed — especially in the early stages of care — to achieve the results you’re seeking and that we know are possible.
If you are wanting an appointment for a child under the age of 12, please contact us via phone or email, and our team will be happy to assist you in scheduling an appointment that fits your family's schedule.
At certain times, we offer complimentary information sessions, workshops, and intensive retreats that may also interest you. If you would like to be kept up to date, please join our mailing list.

At Metanoia Spinal Flow, we offer flexible pricing to meet you where you’re at in your healing journey.
After your initial intake appointment, individual healing sessions are priced between $65 and $85, with rates determined by how regularly you attend — an incentive program designed to reward consistency.
For those wanting a more intensive, transformational approach, we also offer an unlimited care option at $240 per week, allowing you to receive as many sessions as you need during that time.
