A note before booking your appointment
Most of our hours of operation are school hours, with limited spaces on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school. Please make sure that our hours suit you so you can come with the frequency you may need (especially at the beginning of care) to get the results you desire and we know are possible.
We understand the unique scheduling needs of school-aged clients and their families. To ensure we can accommodate your preferred times, especially during limited after-school hours, we kindly ask that you contact us directly to arrange appointments for new school-aged clients. Please contact us via phone or email, and our team will be happy to assist you in scheduling an appointment that fits your family's schedule.
At certain times, we offer complimentary information sessions, workshops, and intensive retreats that may also interest you. They can be found here when available. If you would like to be kept up to date, please join our mailing list.
