“I have never experienced a modality like Spinal flow - it is so simple, yet so effective in helping the body to make incredible changes.”

Why Hello! Thanks for Visiting.

Meet Makayla McIntosh

As a wife, mother of four, and the first certified Spinal Flow Practitioner in Toowoomba, I am dedicated to guiding individuals toward healing and transformative life changes. My passion for helping others stems from my personal health journey, overcoming the challenges of a prolonged stressful period. While I consider myself a work in progress, I have learned how to support my body's healing processes.

I focus on addressing root causes rather than merely masking symptoms, firmly believing in the pivotal role of the nervous system in health. Prevention is paramount; it's better to maintain health proactively than to seek cures after issues arise.

Drawing upon education across multiple modalities, ongoing professional development in the Spinal Flow Technique, and years of hands-on experience, I offer comprehensive support to those seeking healing and transformation.

I would love to welcome you to my studio soon. Bookings are available online, or feel free to contact us; we are happy to assist.

Warm regards,

Makayla x

Your Commitment to
Healing

At Metanoia Spinal Flow, we believe that true healing is a journey that unfolds over time. While a single Spinal Flow Technique session can initiate positive change, committing to multiple sessions allows for deeper, more transformative results.

Why Multiple Sessions Matter

Our bodies often harbor layers of stress—physical, chemical, and emotional—that accumulate over the years. These layers can create blockages in the nervous system, disrupting the flow of life force energy and leading to various health issues. Through a series of sessions, we can systematically address and release these deeper blockages, facilitating a more profound healing process.

The Power of Commitment

Regular sessions enable your body to become more familiar with the Spinal Flow Technique, enhancing its responsiveness. This familiarity helps in reducing blockages and increasing the flow of life force energy throughout your system, promoting overall well-being.

A Thought to Reflect On

We often ask our clients: "Are you willing to make the necessary changes in your life to allow your body the space to heal—even if it is inconvenient?" True healing requires dedication and a willingness to prioritise your health.
